PROPH Phonological Process Definitions

Phonological Process Definitions are available in three forms: Grunwell (Brief and Extended), Hodson (HAPP-3), and Spanish. These definitions may be updated between new releases of CP and therefore can be downloaded separately.

Instructions for installation
Download the file listed above and double-click it. The PROPH Process Definitions will be installed in the same folder with the CP program.

PROPH Word Lists

PROPH Word Lists, with target forms in different varieties of English, are available for the following standardized articulation tests: Arizona Articulation Proficiency Scale (AAPS), Assessment of Phonological Processes-Revised (APP-R), Compton Hutton Phonological Assessment (CHPA), Fisher Logemann Test of Articulation (FLTA), Goldman-Fristoe Test of Articulation (GFTA), Goldman-Fristoe Test of Articulation 2 (GFTA2), McDonald Screening Deep Test of Articulation (MSDTA), Photo Articulation Test (PAT), Structured Photographic Articulation Test (SPAT), Templin Darley Test of Articulation (TDTA), Test of Minimal Articulation Competence (TMAC). These Word Lists may be updated between new releases of CP and therefore can be downloaded separately.

PROPH Phonetic Dictionaries

PROPH phonetic dictionaries are available in different standard varieties of English. These dictionaries are more comprehensive than the compact dictionaries that are installed automatically with CP.

PROPH variants dictionaries are available for nonstandard dialects of American English. These dictionaries work with the "Adjust for Dialect" option in the Edit PROPH File module.
